Houdini HDA to create neon signs, based on a single image input. Had to force myself to finally stop making images to process, and actually get around to posting this thing.
Drag and drop generation of signs just by switching the image inputs. Sped up slightly to cut down on video length, but less than you'd think.

Unreal Interface. Many controls available in the Details panel, mostly untouched for this demo. Randomization seeds, cable and neon tube controls, UV tiling, etc.
